Hello, a private SIM I own has been offline for the last hour. I cannot find any way to contact LL to get assistance on the weekend. Anyone have any idea how to contact them for this sort of problem during non working hours.

Go to your My Account Page here on the website. In the right hand column under the LAND heading, is a link to report a region down.

The region down form is no more.
Log into the support system: https://support.secondlife.com/ics/support/security.asp Submit a Ticket Ticket Type = Region Issues Ticket Request = Region is Down _____________________

I find for severe issues like this it is better to go past the bureaucracy and IM a Linden directly
Sneaky Tip for how to know if a Linden is online: each for users named "linden" and then click down the list, looking for Lindens with the teleport button not greyed out. If the teleport button works, then they are online, so IM them  |
