Sorry if this has been more times than not...
I recently bought a region (about 2 days ago)...
What i need to know is when will they upgrade my account from Prem to Concierge?

it`s done automaticly when u got the land congcierge means that any tickets get automaticly made priority over normal account as far as i understand atleast

To my knowledge they don't actually call your status "concierge". If you are premium, you stay premium. It's just that now you are eligible for concierge-level service, which includes a phone number to call for support. Strangely, they don't seem to actually tell mainland sim owners about this eligibility (I know they didn't tell me, and others have complained about it too). To get the info, log into the Support Portal and do a search on "concierge". From the search results, go to the article titled "What's Concierge service and how do I get it?" This article explains who is eligible, and there is a link in that article (at the bottom) that will give you the Concierge live chat and phone number, but only if you are eligible. If you are eligible, but the system does not recognize that, you should submit a support ticket or contact billing (not easy, it's true, but there is little alternative).
