I'm currently sitting Musashi-Do listening to the nice J-Pop and organizing my inventory. I'd pretty happy except my stupid avatar is flailing his head up and down up and down following the mouse cursor. He looks like he really has some sort of mental/phsyical condition and is in need of some kind of help.
How do I keep him just looking straight ahead or at least not looking like a crazy person?

You'll need an AO (Animation Overide). It's a scripted object that attaches to your avatar and overrides the default (and lame) SL animations. Prices vary according to the seller. Average is @500L$. Pixeldolls is running a cleanace this month for 50L$ if you like thiers. ~Jessy

ALT-Left Click on any object directly in front of your Av, His/her eyes will lock on that object and remain there until you left Click on something else.

It's easiest just to alt/left click on yourself and your head will freeze in position. You don't need an AO.
