Yes, disaster! My Say & Shout buttons are greyed out so I can't use them, it's not a problem for speaking as I can hit enter but I can't shout, someone please help, i've cleared the cache & checked mute just in case lol

Mine are grayed out until I type something and then I can push them, so that would mean that your's are grayed out even after?
One thing I can suggest is to uninstall the game and reinstall it using a fresh download.
