Smart Lease/Teleporter????

Is anyone aware if there is a combination product out there that upon leasing a condo, will automatically key in the leaseholder as the exclusive user of the teleport into that condo unit.

I am not online at regular times and would like to have a system in place that would teleporting from the lobby to all open units but then allow someone to rent via an auto lease system and automatically shut down the public access to that teleport location and grant access to the renter.

If this product doesn't exist, it certainly is an idea for some creative scripter. Combine a teleporter with an auto lease system...... brilliant.
