How To Place ATMs On My Land

Hello everyone. I was just wondering, what are the procedures for if I'd like to place a bank ATM or other ATM on my land? I don't mean, how do I get people to place them for me, I mean what do I need to do? Do I need to add them to a group to let them place the ATM? Should I set auto return off? Can I do it without them being in a group? Do they have to give me the ATM? I don’t see how they could as they need to select for it to pay them after placing it on the ground. I suspect they come by and place the ATM and I just don't return it? How is this done? Thanks!

While I'm not sure what, precisely, you consider an "ATM" in the SL context, I would consult the webpages of the company running the system and/or consult their help material.
