Missing money?

Ok im not going to go into details but for the past 2 days it seems like my L amount has been the same regardless of the money I have made and I have not bought anything. I`m thinking i might just be going crazy cause this doesnt make sense. Am i just "seeing things" or does anyone else feel like they`re missing lindens? It doesnt seem possible but I can almost swear that my $L balance was the same 2 days ago....







Also, the sales I make when logged on pop up in the blue top right hand corner but they are not recording in my transaction history on secondlife.com or the inworld transaction list. (Balance is raising with these sales but I`m still pretty sure i`m missing quite a lot of $L)

Check your transactions on your 'my account' page on www.secondlife.com
you'll see exactly what money came in and what money left.
You can easily look at every transaction on this log. Just add it up yourself, and you'll see that the total matches the money you have in-world.

Like I said- both my inworld transactions and transaction form on secondlife.com my account page are not registering any of my sales im making, etc

You may have to go into more detail as to the transactions...

If you make any sort of sale, it will log in your transactions, or you haven't made the sale.

It doesn't make sense as you say that when you log on all of these sales are in the blue boxes, but are not in your transactions.

Do a forum search on it, its been happening to a lot of people

Im on now and made about 5 sales, none of them have recorded in my transaction history.

The simplest way to make sure is to buy one of your objects, or pay yourself.


by the way, im in no way saying you're mistaken... just going over all the troubleshooting with you, just to make sure.... You probably are losing transaction money... it wouldn't be a suprise.

i am getting the payments, its changing in my balance, but theyre not recording. and like i said i can almost swear i am missing money. about 30+ K. its almost seems as if a rollback happened in my linden bank

I had a good friend buy something from me via a vendor at my store, I got the notification from the vendor, but no update to my balance...

About 20 minutes later, I logged to have dinner. When I signed in again, my balance was updated. Odd.

i knew something was up, i`m even more sure now im missing $L.

Also last week sometime a friend of mine kept complaining that her "$L was disappearing" but I just thought she was being spacey as usual........ Now that my L has been the "same" for about 2 days regardless of steady sales throughout the day, I believe her

These transaction lags are happening in both directions.

Last night i bought a few things, got the blue popup saying i had paid, recieved my merchandise... but my account was not debited. About 30 min later I crashed (unrelated to this... it was due to the mass-trash purge crash bug that Linden STILL hasn't fixed). When I logged back in, not only did my account update, but i recieved a mass of IM's that apparently had been sent yesterday morning, and I never recieved.

hmmm... I think I smell presence issues.

My balance i KNOW did not update, I wonder if it will.

Today, about 6 hours I made a sell. Im still waiting my money. I know I made de sell becose the person who payid me had the product on him.
Can this be related with the huge lag that is being around from about this last two days. Im not the only one that noticed that. The lag is becoming very perceptible even when there is only 6k of people online and Im in Sims with less than 30 persons.

What sort of Method are you using to Transact these sales? Just a thought, But if you are using some form of Vendor, the Vendor may be Malfunctioning, and either sending out Phantom sales messages, Or it may be dispensing your Product Without collecting the Money, but still messaging you the sale.

Check your Vendor by having a friend make a Buy from it while you are standing there, See if they get product, and see if You get both the money, and the notification.

If it isn't an Issue of Lag, like Takuan then it could be a Script Error.
