Any way to stop the default movment of the head ?

I use a AO for stance ... but my head keeps moving around as if its looking around the location , Thats all well and good to make it look natral ... but sometime its just looking all over the place .

Today i made a prim necklace ( uni-sex) and wene attaching it standing on a pose stand it fits perfect and is posisioned correct , The second i stand off the pose stand ... my head moves all over the place and my skin blends in to the necklace and it looks crap .

any idea's ?

i have it attched to my chest and posisioned at my neck ... Could that be the problem ?... any better spot to attach to that might stop this ?

Thanks in advance :)

Depending on the poses you'll use (besides walking), the spine might be worth a try, and seems to work pretty well for the default head movement. Some use the chin, but I've found that totally wrong whenever I've tried it for "neck-fitting" attachments.

I don't see any reason why it wouldn't be possible to override the head movement with a high priority anim that locks that joint, but I think it would look very, very strange.

I've wonderded about the same thing. Of course the logical solution would be for LL to make the neck an attach point.

OPPs, sorry.

I lost my head briefly, forgot that we're talking about LL here. logical solutions are beyond their capability.

I've used a shoulder at times to attach a collar or a choker and positioned it to my neck, if I wanted to wear it with a necklace that is attached to my chest.
