There I was listening to the News on Real Life TV when an article regarding Second Life came up..what a great thread that would make I thought..then I wondered whether I was allowed to mention other avatars by name..so am I??

From: Perre Anatine it's about an extremely well publicised legal case. If you have to ask, if naming, names MIGHT portray them in a negative way, than the answer is no, dont name names. If it was in a positive way you wouldnt have asked the question. Most likely if its a popular case them we'll probably figure it out, and there is no rule against posting a link about the case either..
