Two nights ago, Verbier sim's time dilation went from 0.99 to 0.44 and stayed there.

After a call to Help Request, George Linden came out, followed by Nicole Linden, to help us sort out what might have happened. George traced it down to an unresolved collision event whose calculation was still running, and fixed it.

Great detective work, George, and a very rapid and friendly response. We love you folks. Great job!
