Ok, I sold back 10,000 l, an dsaw I woul dget about $37 us for them. I got the confirmation email about that sale, and that it was completed.

My linden balance in world has been updated to reflect that sale.

But my us balance in my account shows only a balance of $7 and change.

What happened?

Did you have any fees? Like tier or premium membership? Those will be taken out of your account balance before they get charged to your account? Did you have a negative balance before you sold?

I did have a quarterly memberships, and $5 monthly fees for land, but those were sure around the beginning of the month, and I figured those had already been processed.

I'll look into that, and see if those fees were paid by th elinden sale instaed of charging my cc.

Ok, looked at that, and they had NOT charged my CC yet, so the lenden sales went through, and the fees were assessed towards that.

Guess I had good timing?

I thought that LL automatically charged your CC for monthly fees? is there a delay between when those are assessed, and when they are actually charged?

(the fees were charged on the 8th, but this was done today on the 13th)

give it a little time, ive noticed that it does take a bit sometime to update

the sell order may be 'pending' till it lines you up with a buyer

Any money in your US$ balance will always be used before and in preference to any credit card or PayPal charges.

From LL's POV this makes a bnch of sense - they don't pay CC fees or PayPal fees, so it's more cost effective.

Once you figure that out, it's easy to work with. I cash out each month on Day X, a few days before my tier is due, and leave enough money in there to cover my tier and fees. I cash out the difference to PayPal.

LL have been experiencing billing issues since the 5th April http://blog.secondlife.com/2007/04/05/we-are-currently-experiencing-issues-with-billing-processing/ so maybe your delay is a result of the recent problems, as it has seemed to have been happening over several days.
