Selling first land

I'm sure this answer is out there but after an hour of trawling thru land threads I *still* can't see it. I've tried SL guides & searches on here. So my apologies I'm back begging help again.

1. - How do I sell my first land? I'm sure I read somewhere that you just click a button or something? Assuming it's still there in a few hours of course!

2. - I assume covenants just apply to island sims and that since this was first land it has no conditions attached? Plot is mature with a mix of busnesses/homes around.

right click on your land and go to about land and there should be a sell land button click it set your price and wait patiently for someone to buy it (unless there's something special about selling "first land" I just bought a parcel from an SL 'realtor')

When selling your land, there's no need to leave it titled "First Land." You can change the name and description in the "About Land" window--why not do that, coming up with something a little more attractive to potential buyers than "Land for the landless"? Mention anything a prospective buyer might be looking for--"flat green," "ocean view," "next to protected land," etc.
