What is fair price for 1024m2?
I made mistake of buying outside the area I wanted debating on reselling.
I am no landbaron just artist trying to acquire land for group of friends and I don't want to over charge but I like the money back so I can buy this spot I had missed.

The easiest way to determine market value is to look at what's currently for sale. Do a search for land sales and price accordingly. You may want to TP out to a couple of for sale properties to see how they compare to yours first.

8k L$ Anything above that is a ripoff.

Impossible to say what's fair but the cheapest 1024 in the game right now is probably L$14.5k

a fair price is whatever another is willing to pay for it with full knowledge and understanding of the transaction let me suggest selling it to me for a dollar and divesting yourself of such a perplexing problem .

darn if i sell under 8k I lose money Until reccently all land where I want it has been over 8k for 512m2 lot.

Don't worry, you should be able to get much more than 8k for the 1024sqm. If you put it up at 13k, people will be swarming all over it, so market value would be somewhere above that.

Well, I bought a 2048 sq m plot for $25kL and moments after I bought it the land barons showed up wondering wtf happened. So, $25k for a 2048 plot is currently apparently a great price.

If you're selling, sell soon. If you're buying, wait for the new continent.

Cheap land is about 10l/m, so 10000 is a cheap plot. I would go with 15000 for a 1024, you should be able to sell it pretty quick if it is a nice green flat lot. Or, maybe even better, if you are not looking to make a profit, just sell it for what you bought it at.

I wanted more prims within Bluehound.
I end up by next to my lot 2048m2 which I did put 2 and 2 together that the I can't use prims towards Bluehound because its entire other region.
the land I wanted I thought was still 89k for 1536m he lowered it to 34k I could have bought but friend says its too expenisve.
I bought the land for 32k I want at least little bit back. I got it set for 9k but don't know if it will sell at 7k per lot for 512 I be losing money not be able to buy the land I wanted.

And he is right. That places the land at over 20l/sqm. If he is trying to sell it, maybe you could swap land with him. Trade the your 1536 for his. Or maybe give him the land plus a little more L$. Try talking with him, a lot of times they will just sell to be rid of the land.

I wrote him and ask bit ago if he wanted to sell I told him I couldn't pay 89k for the 1536 lot which is about like over 300 usd but I willing to pay around 25k or something but he said he really didn't want to really sell.
Then I looked at lot and price had dropped 55k after I bought the other land
I know he got those lots for 16k at least he still make a profit
Because we were buying land at same time and going price was under 5100 l before the bots came in raised prices to 9-10k
