Hi,
I'm going mad trying to find something like second life. I want to make a house of sorts and put my school note on the wall, and maybe other relevant information to it in say one room. But to do this will cost me like over $100 a month for space. I know there must be a better way of doing this?
Does any one plz have any ideas where I can find such a program? I did find something close to what I was looking for, its called 3DNA Desktop, but its under-developed and worthless on vista.

You could have a house in Second Life for a lot less than $100 per month! If you join as a Premium member it will cost $82 a year, and for that you can own 512 sq metres of virtual land for no extra fee. You'd have to buy the land off the current seller, but you can get 512 sq metres of land for under L$1000, which is less than 4 US dollars - and it's yours for keeps.
