Where are we supposed to report bugs?

It seems with so many changes LL is doing there is no way to contact them except by email, which is basically the same time frame as snail mail when it comes to LL. There is no more live help, there seems to be no where to report bugs that I can find, and do they really do anything about the abuse reports people file? Anyway, no need to get off the subject, lol.

I cannot seem to send live notices to SOME groups. Yes, the permissions are set for me to and the notice posts to the group saying the notice was sent, but the notice never pops up to notify people like it should. This only happens in some groups, not all. So where do I report this? I've noticed this for over a wk now and keep putting it off, but it's to the point where I need to send notices that people will see. I've cleared my cache and logged in and out many times, contacted owners of the groups and still nothing works. Any help is appreciated.

They've done away with bugs. They're called "updates" now

They want us to use JIRA, although the site could use some help in terms of user friendliness. Here's one which might be applicable to your problem:

https://jira.secondlife.com/browse/VWR-513

The new optional viewer was supposed to have added some sort of functionality to access JIRA in-world as well.

Btw, site log in (for posting and voting) doesn't seem to work properly unless you do it from the home page...nice when the bug tracker has a bug, right?

I am bumping you to an 8.5 on the Official Trout Measuring Instrument of Sluttiness. You are an enigma - on the one hand a sweet, gentle, intelligent woman who we would like to wrap up in our arms and protect, and on the other, a temptress to whom we would like to do all sorts of unmentionable things.

Congratulations and shame on you! You are a bit of a slut.
