Not able to post in groups

Is anyone else having these problems? It says like unable to post to group and sometimes says I don't have permission.

Just opend a new club, Rave Nation. Spent a fortune and a lot of time and effort, enroled over 400 members ready for opening night, obviously had no need to send a Notice untill the day of the opening, wanted to let everybody know we were up and running!
over 500 now after 6 days open, haven't been able to send a notice to any.
Opening night was a disaster, nobody knew. Had to use group IM's but they arn't saved if the member is offline like a notice would be. also some people get a bit frustrated by group IM's being used to advertise the club, it's just more clutter!
Sent a support request, didn't get what i consider to be a helpfull response!!
So i thought i'd see if there was anything i could do to correct the problem and came to this forum.
Imagine my supprise to see all those complaints stretching back months, frankly i'm disgusted!!. After all the hard work at my end not to mention the money spent, and still being spent i would assume the Lindens would be working hard on their end, after all it's people like me who pay their wages!!
It's simply not good enough! don't know why i botherd, feel very dissapointed and let down.
