Runcall Employee Services - An easier way to manage your company!
I'm in the process of creating a unique concept(as far as I know) for SL. This service will at first make payments to employees much easier. No need to track down when they have worked and how much they have made with bonuses using notecards and IMs. That's all in the past. Using notecards can create an amazing clutter and mess up the salaries.

What my system does is allow you to set up your company and employees. All SL-residents may register regardless if they have business or not. When a manager adds an employee he also adds various parameters for that employee, salary, bonus arrangements etc. The employee fills out a form with hours worked, commission earned, bonus arrangements etc. The manager gets the total sum for all his employees and pays manually, or automatically get the money deducted. The money is then spread out to all the company's employees. No stress! No work! Single users can have several jobs. Both the user and the company get various financial stats. Companies can also put out job openings that can be filled through the system (with manager approval).

Managing your Second Life business has never been easier!
Single users do not pay a fee. Companies pay a weekly/monthly fee or payment commission(yet to be decided type or size).

What I seek is input and possible pre-orders so I know I can actually make a bit of L$. This is a rather big project. There are also possibly a few job openings as sales persons when the time comes. Feel free to IM me for questions and pre-orders!

-There is huge staff turn-over in SL. I suggest your system take that into account and develop a easy add and delete feature for managers to use.

-Employee filling out forms stating hours worked is a bad idea. They can write anything and if we have automatic payments enabled - your system would pay it. Also writing up hours each time they work is sort of backwards technology compared to the timeclock features available now.

-I already have my staff open www.apez.biz bank accounts and I can pay them from the website there. There is talk of a automatic payment function coming to that site also. But that does not pay actual time worked. Its just the time that the worker attests to.

What are you adding to your system that will stop fraud?

Didn't notice this post since it wasn't in my original thread.
I can assure you that there will be innovative ways to provide users with efficient use. This is one of our main pillars. Another one is security. Both for fraud, and not to lose any data and/or money through SL bugs.
The employee system has gone through some changes, and will be completely automatic with securities to prevent employee fraud. I'm also providing other modules that may be of interest to various companies. The system concept has developed a lot since that post.

The system is under development. I can assure you that the system will be extremely efficient, secure and innovative. Lots of new ideas are added daily, and it will keep on expanding and improving after release.

IM me ingame if you have any questions.

Greblak- It might also be useful to enable your private messages in the forums so that people with specific questions for you can contact you that way directly.

Just a thought.
