I have verified this problem, u need not have to login sl on 5:00, maybe serveral minutes later. Also, look this thread.

This is different from the normal "You cannot access until" message. Inventory was being moved to a 'faster' database. Okay, I can see that, but why couldn't they have warned us via the blog about this? I'll try again in a moment....

*nods* Yeah, I got in too. Didn't notice a difference, but then, I was only going to be in long enough to deal with an unwanted spam landmark to an really mature or is that immature area. Delete doesn't seem to work any faster, like before I log
