Does the owner of a parcel of land contribute to the traffic when they are present. Same question for group owned land, do group members contribute to the traffic?
Thanks in advance.

Porky. The owner counts.

The owner does not count on a parcel they own alone. If they deed it to a group then they count.

You'd be surprised what spending time at your own club and shop will do for traffic numbers--and I don't just mean calculations. I tend to favor stores and clubs where the owners spend time, oddly, those tend to be the highest trafficked. In my own experience, I always noticed a 50% or more increase in traffic when I spent my SL time on my property.
Case in point: Divivity Home Store. You land there and you stand a very good chance of finding Viv greeting customers and showing them around. It gives HER a chance to sell her stuff and the CUSTOMER a chance to ask questions they can't ask a JEVN vendor. Besides, it's a LOT easier to say "No thanks" to a vendor that it is a real person. Think about it.
Gee, the personal touch. In a world full of automated vendors and club equipment, it makes a decided difference.
