Just wondering whether SL is just picking on me particularly this afternoon, or whether anyone else is having difficulty logging in.

There are apparently 35K+ people on at present, but I have certainly been able to log on before at this sort of load. Today I am continually getting a message about "unforeseen problems," and asking me to check the "known issues".

Anyone else in this predicament? I have rebooted, restarted the modem, and cleared the cache, all to no avail. And i was on this morning, no problem, when there were only about 20K users online.

I relogged because all my attachments were in my crotch, and haven't been able to get back in

Sl has been having serious problems for the last 24 hours. I spent some time online with Help Request last night and was told our sim was messing up because of too many scripts running and the slowdowns were coinciding with the sims hourly backups.

Our script count is no higher than it was during all of February. We had 3 total extreme lag events, or resets, during the entire month of February, but the sim has lagged out or crashed nearly 40 times in the last 24 hours. It is impossible to run a viable business when the sim is unusable for 20-30 minutes out of every hour.

I traveled around last night and encountered other sims that had the same extreme lag too. I was trapped in one, unable to walk or even teleport out for 25 minutes.

It seems to be something involving the hourly backups that are lagging the sims to a complete stop.
