Okay.. I had 3 4096 sqm parcels I purchased another 4096 sqm parcel moved there and sold the old 3 4096 sqm parcels tonight. At no time did I ever own..
Peak square meter usage: 20,992 square meters Total monthly cost: US$125.00 how is this possible?  Is this something I need to contact support about? Because my tier just jumped way up right when I sold the land and not when I purchased any... I sold the land to lower my tier... I NEVER OWNED 20,992 square meters _____________________

Assuming you haven't donated any tier to groups, I'd think this was a bug. Contact BILLING for help--this strikes me as way bizarre.

Nah I never had any donated to a group it was all me as owner and I have been very tight budgeted about it and knew exaclty how much I could own and whatever but yea man Im just going to call billing tomm, hopefully get this mess situated, and yea def seems like a bug considering that the tier went up when I sold the land...

I don't know if you owned 20k of land or not but luckily it doesn't matter because the charge for 16986sqm and 20k sqm is the same.
*Edit: You know that one of your plots is 4608 and not 4096 right? |

The free premium 512 should allow for the extra land in the 4608sqm parcel, meaning his usage would be exactly 4096*4 = 16384. I would advise you to contact billing and possibly file a bug report.

Exactly, the people above I suppose forgot that with premium membership you get a 512sqm bonus. Either way I never owned 20992 sqm I owned a total of 16896 sqm which is still in the quarter sim limit for land pricing. /me on hold with billing right now =p _____________________

Good Luck! I had an issue roughly 2 weeks ago where 4 parcels I had sold were still appearing under 'my land' and counting towards my tier. Annoying but luckily it didn't put me in a higher tier bracket.
