Just a quick question, has anyone managed to get a Tier review for the Lindex in the last month or so?
Just I submitted one over a month ago and I haven't had a response. In the end I submitted a second one and also used the Billing Support email. But again there seems to be a lack of response from LL. Just wondering if its just me thats having problems here.

I sent two emails to billing support a week ago and never got an actual response (auto only).
They're either critically backed up or they're not even trying any longer.
I would suggest you call the provided contact numbers during office hours. The last post I read related to phone support said it took over an hour to actually get through to someone.
Good luck

It took me many months with daily requests near the end, emails to billing and snail mail letters to the entire LL board of directors before I was able to get my tier increased. Phone calls to LL were always routed off to voicemail and no reply was ever made. While a response is promised in 5 business days all my efforts resuilting not one response, just one day my tier had increased. To say LL's customer service is poor would imply that they had made major improvements in that regard.

Thanks for the feedback and at least I know I'm not the only one having issues I've been resisting using the phone at the moment partly because I probably would find my temper rising as it does when dealing with any call centre.

My LindeX tier got for some yet undetermined reason reset to that of "1 day or less" old resident, and from some quick chat with live help it appears to be something that happened to at least few people. Would say it's definitely not just you that's having problems with that part of SL :/

Well got a message from billing basically saying that they don't deal with Lindex Tier reviews and I just need to keep submitting to the form as thats the only way to get a Tier Review it seems.

I think they gave up or quit and are now running Second Life with a bunch of bots. I would like to be removed from the 0-1 day residents considering its been 14 days since my first review request.

I bought a bunch of Lindens off eBay once.
Within a few hours of delivery, I got an IM in world from a Linden querying me about where I was buying Lindens. I provided the sellers information, and made a comment that sourcing Lindens from outside would not be required if my limits were changed.
Within a couple minutes they were changed.
So, it seems that some of the Linden crew can do that quickly and promptly.
Not that I would suggest going and hunting down black market lindens to get them interested in you. The TOS clearly states that such things could get you whacked, penalized, etc. I was contacted because the person I bought lindens from, had used stolen credit cards to buy them from LL.
Cheers Anjin

Greetings, Thank you for your inquiry. This e-mail is being sent to all those who used the word 'trading' in an effort to answer a flow of tickets regarding billing and trading limits. Recently Linden Lab changed the billing and trading limits to reflect the first time an account has been billed. Account age no longer factors into your billing date. For accounts to be part of the billing cycle now there has to be at least one billing on record for the cycle to start. You can read more about the limits at: https://secondlife.com/currency/describe-limits.phpIf your ticket was about a different topic please repond to this e-mail and our team will take a closer look at your issue. Regards, Linden Lab Does this mean they are doing something or is this just another automatic response and I need to wait another 5 or more days?

I wonder what's the difference between a "Business Owner" and an "Enterprise?"

Sounds automatic. I requested a review last week as well, and have yet to hear anything back. I don't have a pressing need yet but I figured I'd better get the ball rolling early, I kind of assumed it would be a 3-6 month ordeal

What can I say?

My interpretation would be that the clock only starts running the very first time you put a charge through. Someone who's been in-world 2 years and is currently "Payment Info on File" and who buys L$ today, would only become Resident Level 1 four weeks from now.
