Has anybody else had this happen...

You check out someone's classified ad in their profile, and when you close it, you get a pop-up asking "Do you want to save changes?"

Save changes to SOMEONE ELSE'S AD???

That sounds like a dangerous bug! Had I accidently hit yes, would I have been charged the $175,000 they were paying for the ad?

Also, the other day, I did a routine "Return Objects" (from the land/objects window, returning several stray prims to their owner) to clean up a few stray prims left behind on my property when I got the message "Bird Nest (an object owned by me) can not be returned since it is non-transferrable"

WTF? Is it now surreptitiously returning MY stuff to strangers that drop things on my land???

Bugs like this SHOULD BE an insult to any developers' integrity. But not here - nope - it's the norm. I think all the SL developers must have a poster of Alfred E. Newman reading "What, me worry?" hanging on their walls.

It's been like that for awhile. Doesn't actually let you change anything, or never has for me **evil smirk**.

(Just kidding of course. I had my alt try to change mine)

Quite possibly items deeded to group, like telly or radio.

Resolvededed?

The Change Classified bug is apparently resolved according to JIRA.

But the more insidious bug of sending your own possessions to a stranger with a RETURN OBJECTS clean-up is still active and quite disturbing.

Gonna see if I can find anything in the dark abyss of JIRA. Wish me luck.

If I don't return within 3 days, send a search party please. Thankyew.

Same happens with group windows. I often have a look at a group charter if I see a group with an interesting name in someone's profile, and are always asked to save the changes when I close the window.
