Can mesh detail be turned up any higher than this?

I just made a new skin and while trying to take some close up screenshots I noticed the breasts looked very blocky in shape. This is with all my graphics turned up in the preverences dialog. Is there another place I can turn something up to improve mesh detail on my client so they dont look so blocky or is this normal?

If you make them smaller they will be less blocky.

In addition the pose you use can influence it a lot.

Increasing the breast gravity number results in less blocky breasts as well.

Im not aware of a way to make the image on the screen itself less blocky, perhaps running at a higher resolution?

Running at 1600x1200 4xAA

I guess it must be the size then like you said, I will try that out, thanks.
