Has anyone else besides me had trouble purchasing Lindens the past couple of days? Everytime I try I get an error message saying the request could not go thru. I've made a purchase before and had no trouble. I just dont understand what the deal is this time around.

This is the error message I keep getting after 2 days of trying:
We are unable to complete your request.
• Failed to bill your account. Please double check your account's payment settings.
• The system encountered an error while processing your order, please try again.
Why is it doing this? I've purchased Lindens before successfully so I dont understand why I should be getting this error now.

There's a limit on how much you can buy. I think it's 150USD for the first month or so. Have you busted that cap by any chance ?

No the first purchase I made was $5 US. I was attempting to make another purchase of $5 US. So I don't think I've exceeded any limits that I know of. Anyhoo I've sent a message to billing. Hopefully I'll hear something soon.

Perhaps your creditcard just got renewed? If that would be the case, your old details would fail to complete the purchase. Check your payment settings on the SL webbie.

This seems like they couldn't complete your last transaction or your monthly tier payment. Check in your myaccount to see if everything looks okay.
Otherwise go to Slexchange and purchase it there. Its much simpler and you may get more $L.

I had that problem with paypal. I used by debit card just minutes later without issue. You might just try a different method of payment.

Nope card didnt renew. It's not due for that til summer next year. I think I read somewhere there was an issue with transactions as well as the teleport issue. I think it managed to be fixed cause I just tried it a while ago and it actually went thru. I think I had only tried it twice inworld. Rest of the time I had tried it at the exchange and wasn't having much luck there either. But it seems to be fixed now.
