suggestions for ways to search for commercial land?

Hi all. I just sold my house and land due to a rather large 'sex castle' moving in behind me. I thought I might try my hand at moving on to commercial land and opening a shop somewhere. Does anyone have suggestions for ways to go about searching for decent commercial land? thanks!

Since you're asking specifically for commercial land, I guess you're looking for zoned land on private islands? Land on the mainland is - with very few exceptions - not zoned, so you could always set up shop there, with, of course, the risk of another "sex castle" popping up.

Now, for finding commercial land on islands, I'd recommend visiting big places like the Plush continent (Ansheland), the Azure Island commercial sims (Hyades, Deneb, ...) etc. to see if you find something to your taste - do look in the fine print though, not every landlord forbids the use of "camping chairs", or the establishment of casinos and clubs. I've also had some good success simply searching the classifieds with keywords like "commercial rental", there's a bunch of smaller continents or even single islands that rent out land for commercial purpose, though my impression is that commercial rentals are a lot more scarce than residential rentals.
