It seems to be MYSulkyNotTalking V1.6alpha

Perhaps they should upgrade to MYSlightlyBetterButNotReallyThatGood 2.6?????

I was going to add ZX81 but then I realized that the ZX80 and the ZX81 weren't actually Spectrums...

(although the original Spectrum -was- just an enhanced ZX81 ... although 'just' may be doing it a disservice)

I thought the database system they used is 2 out of work Monks reading/translating from a latin text into binary parchment...... although I think they may have sacked them for having dirty habbits.

After much research and a few Mission: Impossible moments, I have discovered it's running on a Commodore 64 entirely in BASIC.

I like the way you can see the next upgrade being prepared by leaning it up outside!

MySQL

LL has said that they run MySQL on Debian. Also that as recently as June, they were running MySQL 4.1 on at least the search databases but were close to moving to 5.0. They've also been moving some things off of MySQL onto a Python service called "Backbone" but I haven't seen many details on that.

Next up: posts below ranting about how LL is stupid to run MySQL on "the" asset server and how LL should instead be using some other product that the posted used in skool.
