When would a classified

I own Avilion (Mist, Isle and Grove) and have to say been blessed with how they have turned out... well about 4 weeks ago I had a run in with someone starting a new community... (the sit at my store and give out flyier type) we all know how that is...


anyhow in the days following my store name shows up in this communities details on their classified. I ask him to remove it and he doesn't, and I AR and told they can't do anything.. fair enough..

well now my Classified title (with my store name)
"Avilion Mist,Medieval,Fantasy,Role Play,Community"
is on this communities title. as if it's part of mine or is mine....

I again have sent an AR, but I'm sure the outcome will be the same... what would you do? I think it's pretty crappy and need options. thanks

This sucks but its done all the time ...I havent really seen it in Secondlife, but thats how people do websites, they put their competitors name in their keywords so when someone is searching for their competitor..they will come up as well.

Just a marketing tactic.

I personally would never do this to someone in Secondlife for various reasons. IMO, its different here, and that should not be done. theres too much confusion as is

I guess its worth a shot, they will probably say theres nothing they can do.

If you have the name your using TM`d in RL (Some people who have business in SL do this)..then you can of course go that route as he would be infringing on your TM
