Can't Login!!!

Hey, I just logged out of SL and tried to log back in 5 mins later. Now I'm getting a message that says 'Login failed - SL cannot be accessed from this computer.' Please help - i've never seen this message before in the 3 months that i've been here! I've tried rebooting, clearing cache etc - nothing works!!

Im trying to relog as well atm i was getting the message below so i did a complete reinstall and am still getting the message: "Unable to connect. Login packet never recieved by login server. Please try again in a few minutes, or click help for advice and a link to the system status webpage." Oh and im in the UK to and of course all the other internet services are fully available to me just not SL atm.
