I've been trying all morning to find my friends island on teh land store grid. She gave me her coordinates, but guess what? There are no coordinates on the land store grid! None that I can see anyway. I'm supposed to find it by visual? Well, maybe I could if we were closer to the mainland, but not when you are far away!!

Please, Lindens, what are you thinking? Make these maps meaningful AND user friendly!

What I did was to click on an empty square (well away from any reserved/taken space, otherwise you just get a bland message with no detail inviting you to try again) and it will give you the co-ords.... then it's just a case of row/column counting to get to where you want to be.

The question is why? Are you looking to co-locate your own sim with hers? In which case the answer is to order your island anywhere, then submit a support ticket to have it moved to co-locate with the other sim (your friend will have to notify agreement as part of the process)

What's the land store grid? Do you mean the map? Can't your friend tp you or give you a landmark. Oh, right, sorry...

If you do mean the map, you can type in the coordinates or your friend's island/region name and then teleport. Well, in theory.

In practice, too. Did that just yesterday. You need to add the name of the land, too.
