Is it possible to make a neighbour's scripts invisible from your plot? For instance, constant fireworks, the particles of which come over on to my plot?

The caveat being it turns off all particles, not just your neighbor's. View menu --> Beacons --> Turn Off Particles. AR the particle generator object(s), it's inappropriate (and I belive against the TOS) to rain particles on your neighbors. |

Thank you. I'm not particularly new... but clearly still have a lot to learn. This would make it so I could not see the fireworks at all?

You'll still see the prims and hear the sounds, but the particles will be gone. You can turn on "restrict spacialised sounds to this parcel" on your land to handle the sounds. (it works both ways (or used to)) About Land --> Media tab --> restrict spacialised sounds to this parcel |

Muting a person mutes any particle systems they are /wearing/... I'm not sure if it mutes particle systems in world, however.

Thank you, Jillian. I'll try both. I'm a little confused, though: I bought a rainmaker and the rain cannot be seen if I move to my neighbours plot. But the fireworks from the other neighbour.... just keep on going.....!

I thinkthe default is 1024 or somesuch. If the fireworks are taking up a lot, you won't see your rain. ~Jessy
