How can I see the last time a resident logged into Second Life? I want to see if someone has been in recently.

Only way you can do that is if the person belongs to group that you run or in that I know of.

easy: go to her/his profile, then choose one of the gropus she/he belongs and go to the list members.here you can see everyone last log-in!
