Resale Question

Ok, I know that we've been through the "should I let people resell my stuff?" question.

I had decided to let ONE person resell a couple of my dresses through a vending system. She seems to do alright and we've got a good working relationship. My question, though, is this:

She has decided to rent out a SECOND stall in a totally different mall and wants to sell my stuff in a vendor there as well. I am sort of vascillating on this because I'd rather my stuff be in only 1 or 2 locations (my own personal shop and her original), rather than scattered all over the grid. Both malls that she's in are nice builds with other decent shops.

Am I being lame/paranoid/selfish by not wanting her to resell in more than one location? If not, what's a good way to protect our business relationship and at the same time tell her that I really don't want her to sell in both spots?

I'm just curious... why would you not want her to sell in another spot?

Well that's part of my question.... am I being paranoid?

Are you getting any royalties or anything off of this person's sales? If so then I'd help them sell EVERYWHERE.

If not then why did you get into that deal in the first place??

I get 50% of all her sales... they're sold through one of those vending machines (name escapes me) that automatically sends me 50% of the resale value.

lol! If her own products are popular and she's doing well, and apparently drawing attn to your vendors in her shops.... I woudl say yes. You are being paranoid.

*shrugs* Why wreck what is obviously a great mutual relationship? The question isn't are you paranoid, the question is, if you have a resell vendor in the 2nd location, does that in any way lessen your sales at your main location?
