I tried to rez my Starax Whale and Dolphin, about 15 mins ago and both disappeared

I got a message saying unable to rez objects.

As they did not appear back into my inventory, I relogged and cleared my cache too.
Did a search for both items in my inventory ..... NOTHING

I then contacted Live Help asking if there was an asset server problem and is there anything I can do to get my items back.

The reply I got was

[11:36] Papillon Chatnoir: Hi is there an asset server problem right now? I just tried to rez my Starax Whale and Dolphin out of my inventory and it's just disappeared, I just got a message saying failed to rez object. Is there anything i can do to get it back ? *cries*

[11:46] **** Linden: Hi Papillon! Yes there seem to have some issues right now.
**** Linden: and we're looking into it. Sorry for inconvenience.
Second Life: **** Linden has left this session.

Not exactly the help I was expecting from a Linden *sighs*

Has anyone out there knows what I can do to get my items back or have I lost them forever ???

I had the same sort of problem at about that same time rezzing some purchased items. After clearing cache to restore everything else in inventory, those few "Attempt to Rez Object Failed" items DID NOT come back. This happened in a sandbox.

Try checking your lost and found folder. Sometimes things get lumped into one thing, called Object. Unfortunately, there's not much else I can suggest.

This may also be a Bug specific to the Starax whales/dolphins because i Know a Number of persons, Including myself who have lost those specific items in the same Fashion. and this after having used the same ones in Other locations without Incident.

Unfortunately, I believe Starax left SL some time ago, so there is no one to appeal to if this is indeed a product Flaw.
