Seriously when is this going to end??? All these problems, support is now a big joke. Not only has submiting a ticket to this new support system lately has causes hunderds of people password problems, but the system itself is a joke! im not one to usually complain, for yrs now i been here, payin a tier, almost three yrs as a premium member but this is just getting out of hand now. It's impossible to get a linden to talk to you, All these bugs added every update. Every day a new issue. Now this new support system, its a JOKE, On the second after waiting forever to send a ticket because this 3RD party website is upgrading there software, I report a prob. Turns out the sim one of my properties is making every object on the sim phantom. Try to find a linden online, there is none, even go to all the linden haunts. Not one to be found anywheres, went through every linden name looking for one. Did I find one? Nope. So I wait out till this third party website will accept a support ticket. Sim crashes eventually and prob is fixed. Now 5 days later. They finally get to the ticket. 5 days, and actually rebooted the sim last night. Problem long time fixed now. I get a email that you cant even respond to. And in the process of using this new support system, had to reset my password numerous times. I find it quite sad that in the past ive had actually good experiences with linden support and now it seems they just dont really care about there customers. Then reading all these horror stories about everyones problems with all these new implications LL is adding. Seriously you guys when is it going to end?
