Listing in Search but private access only?

I have searched everywhere and I thank Ciaran Laval and Raudf Fox for their helpful advice... my question is... is it possible to list your island in search but not allow anyone to tp into it? ((still under construction but want the sim posted in search)).

Is this possible and can you tell me how? I can't find any info on this anywhere.

Okay, you'll want to restrict access to avatars, basically. That's also on the About Land tab, under Access. If you have a group that you don't mind dropping in while building is going on, restrict access to group. That bans everyone else.

Edit: Also, if it's a private island or sim, look under estate tools too. I'm not as familiar with these unfortunately, because I have never used them. But I know the first one works well
