Open enrollment group - is it possible to ban individuals who are spamming and causing grief?

Unfortunately not. This would be a very welcome feature.

What you could do as a work-around: Ask for L$ 1000 for joining with the promise of a prompt refund for everyone not blacklisted. I think this would discourage this individual fast ... or make you rich if not :D

Far as I know, no. You can only eject them if they join again. That would be a great feature suggestion though, sure it's not the first time it's come up.
