This last few days I've tried adding another SL Boutique Vendor to my 'Rack' of vendors. Only problem is it never shows up on the Vendor's list on the website. I have 3 others that are seen by the website but any new ones I get sent to me aren't. Also any new items I add to current vendors aren't showing up in the Inactive Items section on the website either. This is also happening to the person who owns the store opposite, but we both hold our vendors in different sims.
I've IMed Commerce Leader and emailed them but have had no reply yet, so was just wondering if anyone else has had this problem as it looks like new items are still getting added on the SLB website.

I have a new product that still isn't showing up. I recall there were other issues with the site during the week, so I'm assuming things will be working again later. Not a big deal, slb isn't a huge sales venue for me anyway.

It is for me though, probably half my sales come through SLB....
Fortunately it seems as though people can still by the products that are already listed. It looks like the Latest Additions on the homepage haven't been updated in a while either so hopefully they are trying to rectify the problem.

Yes. I put a new house into SLBoutique, and it hasn't shown up in there yet. (Tried several times, too.)

My SLBoutique vendor is not communicating at all. None of my items are showing up on the website. I have been getting the following message since 3/3/07:
yrrek gran | Vendor ID #70314xxx| 31 items THIS VENDOR IS NOT ACTIVE! It is not replying in world. To fix this problem, please say touch your vendor in world. Your items will not be listed until you do.
I even tried a new vendor. It doesn't even show up on the website. I thought it might be a problem with the sim, evidently it is with SLB. No response to my email for days. (And they say there is no connection between Electric Sheep and SL), hehe!

I have been trying for days to add some new products with no luck. I added them to contents did all that jazz, logged into SLB and guess what not there. I even got another vendor thinking maybe there was too many items in the first one. The new vendor wont show on the website either. I have IM'd Commerce Leader twice with no responce. I thought it was the sim im in. We have been having odd issues with scripts latly. So anyway glad its not the sim but really upset that its not been fixed yet. I cant feel the lose of slaes sigh

Don't know whats up with the site. A ATM deposit went missing 3 days ago, and I can't get a reply after 3 emails. Maybe he's gone for a bit and not maintaining the site??

Well, count me among those having problems with SLB. *sigh* I added some items to the vendor today and guess what? Didn't show up on the webby. Didn't matter if I removed the vendor, and then put it out in another sim. It simply didn't update the webpage. Nor did the vendor that mysteriously became inactive.
I've fired off both an IM and a email. Usually it takes a couple of days for them to respond. Maybe by then I will finally get my new items listed on them. Until then, anyone wanting my stuff will have to use SLExchange.

I'm having the same problems with SLBoutique. Would be nice if they made an announcement on the site regarding the problems...

Slboutique...

I've been having these problems for a week or so now.... I tried rerezzing my vendors to see if it fixed it and all it did was make all my vendors inactive.... I've even dropped off the 'SLB sellers" list.... Sent multiple messages to support with no response whatsoever... Also noticed that the 'new items' tab on the left hardly ever gets updated... a related issue? And the site is currently down... maybe they're fixing it? Or maybe it's just crashed under the weight of people trying to find out what's wrong with it?! On the plus side I set up an account with SLexchange and am shifting stuff there instead

You may have better luck with SLexhange in general. I never could get SLboutique to view properly, but it may have been my end with the browser I was using. I've heard that these 2 sites have a lot of the same products. Whenever I have had problems on SLexchange, (item not received because of Second Life issues) I would immediately go to the Technical Help/Feedback forum on the site and post a message stating what I ordered and that it failed to deliver. Each time this has happened the site moderators would check my account history, resend the missing item, and post a reply to me in the forum. The most time this has taken would be 6 hours; it always has been within the same day as purchase. I've never paid for something I did not receive. They have excellent customer support.

Hey everyone. SLBoutique is experiencing some problems related to email that are being looked into. We depend on email in order not only to update your vendors, but also to receive support requests. I have posted an announcement on SLB, and I will post an update here as soon as the issue has been resolved. I apologize profusely for the inconvenience!

thats all fine about the email problem, but that doesn't explain why when I search every keyword my items are listed with, they don't show up. The search on SLBoutique is horribly broken.

I think it's all part of the same problem from the sequence of events with my vendors....

SLBoutique Email/DNS Issue Resolved
03-08-2007 08:56
The problem preventing linking and vendor updating has been resolved. It may take some time for DNS changes to propagate, but it seems to be working for most people. On a positive note, we have implemented a new help desk at http://help.slboutique.com so that we can respond more efficiently to support requests. Please use this system to submit a trouble ticket if you experience any problems with SLB! @Darien: I notified Dave, our developer who has been working on SLBoutique search, of your problem, and he has reindexed the database. This should resolve your problem. If not, please submit a ticket into the help desk system and we'll get you fixed up! Thanks.

I'm still seeing every image missing.
Edit: Tried another PC and the site works. But the site used to work on the other PC as well.
