When a corporation is formed in the U.S. , it involves filing a legal document variously called a coporate charter, the articles of incorporation, or the certificate of incorporation, or possibly other similar legal names. Linden Research, Inc. is a Delaware corporation, which presumably means that such a legal document was filed with the state of Delaware. Can anyone find a copy of Linden Research's corporate charter on the web? On a related but different note, here is a picture of the Second Life trademark record.
