Sometimes, I am facing this problem too. Just couldnt understand how the % up and down works. I dont think it is affected by the computer memory, i think  |

caused by the route taken from the sl servers to your pc.
a few months ago i had massive packet loss.. for days. all of a sudden, loss disappeared.
i guess those electrons found a better way to get to me.

I had 300% for a while on my wireless router. Moved the router closer to the pc, problem solved. If you are using wireless, try the same. If not and are using a USB router, consider changing to USB 2.0, Ethernet or a FireWire router too.
