How do I make a script that allow you to wear poses? For instance when u click on a sofa you have a menu asking u how u want to sit.

"Wearing" poses is typically done using an object known an Animation Overrider. However, things like selecting whether to activate a pose from the pie menu displayed by a piece of furniture is done using a poseball script. Either way, start here:
