When i create a landmark to a place and try to tp to it later on it doesn't teleport me to where i created the landmark but sends me back 50 meters or so how can i fix this?

It depends on how the sim or parcel is set up. Some landowners set it up so that you can only teleport to one place on their land. It can be a pain. When this is the case, the only way to port directly to a specific place in the area is if someone is already standing there and they offer you a port. Landmarks won't work. _____________________

oh ok i didn't know that cuz my friend says she can tp to the spot she lm and when i do it it doesn't work.. and we created lm in same area..

Have you tried her landmark? You can give landmarks to other people.
