I'm curious to know the going salary rate for Estate Managers. I've been offered a position but I have absolutely no idea what the salary range should be. So if you are an Estate Manager or you currently employ Estate Managers then I'd like to hear from you.
I understand if you might not want this information to be public. Feel free to IM me In-world to discuss. I will not be sharing this information with anyone. It's for my own personal use only.
Thanks for your time

For a while I was EM for two sims, one of which I owned 4096 M2 of land in, and what I got from that was a discount on the land I purchased in that sim, a slight reduction in monthly maintenance fees, and power second only to the Sim Owner in terms of being able to deal with griefers and troublemakers. It was quite a nice, safe feeling to know that on the rare occasions when some idiot would show up with a griefer alt and a flamethrower, that I could freeze him, eject him, and ban him Estate-wide in a heartbeat.
I'm EM for 5 sims right now, because I am building them for a client. It's a steady building gig, and being EM helps to give me the control I need to create her 5 sim area. We haven't decided yet if I will stay on as her EM once the building is done, or what my compensation would be if I did. Meanwhile, in addition to the pay for each project I build for her, I also essentially have free use of the sim resources as a sandbox for any other building I might want to do.
I am also technically EM on a bunch of other sims that a sim owner rents out, mostly as a future consideration, so I can more readily terraform and modify her sims for her clients, once my current tasks are done. She's considering making an Openspaces sim available to me as a terraforming sandbox, as part of my compensation for working with her and her estates.
