Does anyone know the meaning of the terms Sim Com Level Yellow and Sim Com Level Green? Suddenly, it's coming up in chat when I am home. I assume it is some kind of security object from one of the neighbors?
Any insight is greatly appreciated!

If the text shows up green on your screen, then its a nearby scripted object.
Go to About Land > Objects to see if there are any items that you don't own on your land parcel and return them. If that doesn't help, its most likely on your neighbor's land
You can mute the object so you don't see the text anymore - when the text shows up, hit Ctrl-H to bring up the chat history, then choose the object name from the drop down box at the top of the window to mute it. You won't hear from it again.
