I'm in Sheffield UK,
I've been having this problem of Unable to connect to SL for about 4 hours now ... at first I thought it was a connection problem but my other online programs and Webpages are going just fine. So I thought it was my firewalls and antiviruses but they have all been disabled. So i thought it was a virus when I checked there was none. Then I thought it might be a program problem so I just reinstalled SL again .... It's still not connecting . I'm frustrated and would love to have some help. I've sent a ticket to support team but I don't think I've got an answer yet. Please help

I just checked in-world (17.55 - I'm in the UK too) and you seem to be online. If you're not, it would suggest that either the sytem didn't log you out properly, or someone else is using your account. Either way - I think you should email support and/or post this in Linden answers. Hope it's you happily back in SL.
