I own land in two different sims. Is it possible to somehow link this land so all the prims are avaliable for use together? ( 1536 sq meters in one sim, 2048 in another ) I would like to add the 468 prims to the 351 so I have the full 819 to use together.
Thanks in advance.

No, you have to own the land in the same sim to use the prims form another lot.

It's my understanding that you cannot combine the land or the prim allowance for property in different sims. You can combine land in the same sim as long as they are in the same region and adjacent to each other...........in other words take your 1536 plot and join it with your 2048 to make a plot 3584 (if my math is correct ). And if your plots are not adjacent but in the same sim you can "borrow" prims from one to use on another. Well, that's what I gathered from Linden helper about a year ago when I asked.

The other posts here are correct. The idea of prim budgets is that each sim can only hold so many prims total, so you get your "fair share" of that total prim limit (15000 prims) based on the proportion of the total land in the sim (65536sqm) that you own. For example, if you own half of a sim, you get half of the prims. It does not matter if the land you own is all contiguous or if it's broken up into multiple parcels that might or might not be connected or might or might not be adjacent. All SL counts is how many prims you're entitled to on the entire sim; it does not care which parcel you get them from, nor which parcel you use them on.
Unfortunately, this doesn't work between sims. The fact that this server over here is hosting only 14200 prims, doesn't enable that completely different one over there to host 15800.
