Resizing IM window.

Hi.

This may sound like a dumb question, and i am sure i am missing something simple, but is there a way to keep the im window at a certain size?

Every time i resize the window, it automatically makes itself bigger again as soon as the next im comes in.

Not only that, but sometimes it makes itself slightly bigger than the last time, meaning that in a few weeks it will start to move out the other side of the screen if this isnt fixed.

Anyone having a similar problem, or know of a fix?

Thanks.

It's doing it to me too. Unsure about why but assume it's part of the newest update version *shrugs* Couples animations not showing correctly [got some funny photos out of this one] double tps, slow Slingo, major redlines. Sigh

Yes I have been having the same problems, yet everyone I have talked to has not had it, glad in a way that others are experiencing it (meaning its not my system doin it) but it sure does suck :(

It was an issue some 3-4 'updates' ago, 'they fixed it', but as they use the Jurassic Park theory (use good code, and fill in the gaps with other code to make it work), they seem to break it at regular cycles. It will probably be 'fixed' in the next update or so, but don't get to comfortable, it will reappear again and again, unless they change their practices. It has been true for most things, for anyone 'old enough' to remember many issues that follow the same trend.

yeah, this one really sucks. More annoying and more often than missing water. Remember how long that one took to fix?

You're definitely not alone.

One thing that I've learned since I've been here is to not ever expect anything to be fixed permanently. Give it a few updates and it'll be broken again.

I have this problem too - there is likely a JIRA issue for this so try there...if there isn't one, report it :)

Is the issue. Nicholaz just released a patch this morning. Mayhap it'll get on next week's release.
