I had mine before I logged in, so I think it's just taking longer to run the process now.. so many people for it to tag and sort, what with there being three amounts of premiums.

No, didn't get mine yet either. And I usually would've gotten them by now.
I got them extremely late the last time stipends were borked, I'm hoping not again now >.<
Edit: Nevermind. I relogged just after typing this (I was logged in maybe two minutes) and I got them when I logged back in again o.O
So yeah I agree, they must probably just be a bit slower lately.

ive noticed recently that my older Av will get the L$500 quite a while before the newer AV whos on L$300. So I think they do it the order of stipend value starting with the highest.

I received mine, but I haven't had any problems in the past either, even when there were announced pay out issues.
