Griefer attack at Chaska Gorge just before midnight yesterday sl time is still ongoing. Abuser's name removed from Residents list either by abuser or Linden. No help from lindens at all! Can't complain because no name! Is this length of time a record or does someone have a longer time of grief!

The owners name is listed, and one of a racist nature too.
- lolcube's gone wild - . seems limited to just a few parcels though. the land owners could probably delete or return the items themselves and end it. |

Yesterday I had to buy a plot of land in order to delete a porn spam device. This was after numerous ARs and trips to Linden Island to try and find some help. The current system was definately broken this weekend. |

Yes. Doing many mis-filings will help the support situation. If say a RL police force decided to ignore all calls coming in on their normal phone line they would have little eason to be upset if everyone then decided that calling 911 was the only way to get anything done. If you close off more appropriate lines of communication you leave no choice but to make use of what is left. _____________________

The reason it turned int to a spamfest is because it was ignored. With no feedback that issues that people were concerned about was even coming to the attention of LL of course people began to rant. LL has fallen down drastically in the customer support department and unless they make some major improvements things will get far worse. Poor customer service is one of the leading causes of companies failing. _____________________

If land reverts to the Lindens, it retains the settings it had. I had this situation with a parcel next to mine, and it took an e-mail and 2 weeks, but someone did come to the parcel and set auto-return. (Of course, this was before the new improved help system...
