Hi, My son has an account with teen second life, and for 5 days now it has been stopped! apparently due to internal error, HOWEVER... they can't help us yet, it's been so long I am worried he may lose his 2 store spots, and he has worked so very hard to accomplish this business , even though it's small, he still is very proud of his doing's

ok, so, heres the help I need, if anyone of you have a kid in teen 2ndlife, or are a moderator there? PLEASE send a message to the store owner who he rents from? it's his only hope to salvage it, you can't even create another account as they wanted us to , until they fix this thing, what ever it is, so I cant help him that way either. ok here are the stats.

his SL name is ( iwillplayhalo Later ) the place he rents from 2 stores is at the Pinkwater mall, TY is the person who needs to get info of this error that second life has, please ask him to email (me) so I can speak with him and show him the ticket we have in the support team area. my 2nd life name in game adult is Jules sin to contact me with info, ty

I APPRECIATE this very much if anyone can help, ty for any help you may provide

truly, my kid loves his game, and this has been anything but a happy experience for him

Jules.. I highly suggest you remove your email and offer it in PM to someone who is able to help.

Griefers have been using emails to mass spam people. I would hate to see that happen to you.

I sincerly hope your son gets this resolved soon.

Also, if I understand things correctly, there is a separate forum for the teens, has anyone there had similar problems that may be able to help him sort it out?

Is your son (or you if you live together) in Germany by any chance?

Yesterday nearly 70% of the german teen accounts were deleted by Linden Labs due to "security issues". That means that 140 active german teens out of 200 teens in our group have lost their accounts, their money and their inventar. Since yesterday our island Metaversa is empty! This is a desaster for our educational work in the teengrid and i am really annoyed.

I talked to the support but he won't tell me the reasons why these accounts were deleted, he only offered that they can make new accounts and get the Lindens from their old accounts back! ...but what about their avatarnames, their inventory, the community structure???

(Yesterday refers to Tuesday so that would somewhat fit the 5 days you mentioned)

Thank you for your concern, I wish someone could help me, but no one will, they say they will have answers soon, but nothing, and we are in Florida btw,in the States, he can't even log into the teen sl forums, it's all off limits, and when we try to make a new account, it is not permitted, it shoots us back to the beginning

so no foumr use, I will just pray that he doesn't loose all his hard work for our home school projects, but, It seems liek he will from the last message here, ty for all the help so far with info, more then Ive gotten from LL.

Desmond Shang has a child in Teen SL. PM him and check to see if she's had similar problems.
